General information
- In the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, these GTC’s shall apply to all business transactions between the Arosa Bike School and the clients. - Bookings paid online are considered definite, confirmed reservations.
- The use of the lifts is not included in the cost of the lessons. The Arosa Bike School does not provide any compensation for lost lesson times caused by failures of the cable car and lift facilities.
- Please let us know in advance if you have any wishes or concerns regarding eating habits, prophylactic medication, etc., so that the bike instructor can take the necessary measures.

The courses take place in any weather, except when the cable cars are closed down due to the weather conditions.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation of firm private bookings before 48 hours of course start at the ski school office are free of charge. Cancellations up to 24 hours before the start of the course will be charged 50% of the course fee, after that 100% of the course fee is due.
Refunds will only be made in the event of accident or illness on presentation of a medical certificate issued by a local doctor. Other events such as inclement weather, blocked access roads, railway disruptions, etc. do not justify a refund.

Only the difference of unused days will be refunded, not the entire course fee. Used lessons will be charged according to the best possible rate. Each started lesson will be charged in full.
Unforeseen circumstances
The Arosa Bike School reserves the right to modify, cancel or terminate the programme or individual services after the contract has been concluded and also during the activity if natural and/or weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, official and/or safety measures or other risks) make this necessary.
